رۆژی دوو شەممە ڕێکەوتی۲٠۲٥/۱/۲٠ ،خوێندكارانی قۆناغی (چواره‌م وپێنجه‌م) ی كۆلێجمان به‌شداریان كرد له خولێکی هوشيارى یاسایی بۆ ماوەی پێنج ڕۆژ كه له هۆتێل هایكرێست به‌ڕێوه‌چوو ، لەم خولەدا چەندین بابەتی کرداریی لەلایەن کەسانی پسپۆڕ و شارەزا لە بواری یاسادا پێشکەشکران ، بابەتەکان پەیوەندار بوون بە یاسای سەلماندن و ڕێکارەکانی لێکۆڵینەوە و دادگاییکردن، و یاسای باری کەسێتی و یاسای جێبەجێکردن و یاسای كۆمپانیاكان ویاسای تۆماری خانوبەرە و ئەحکامەکانی بریکارنامە . هه‌روه‌ها راڤەى چەند بابەتيكى یاسایی کرا لەڕووی کرداریی و بابەتیەوە، تەوەرەکانی ڕۆژانی خولەکە لەلایەن هەر یەکە لە بەڕێزان (دادوەر د.ئاوات عومەر قادر) سەرۆکی دادگای تێهەڵچونەوەی ناوچەی گەرمیان ، (دادوەر د.سەردار على عزيز) سەرۆکی دادگای تاوانەکان ، (دادوەر کامه‌ران ڕەسول سعید) دادگای تێهه‌ڵچوونه‌وه‌ی ناوچه‌ی سلێمانی، و (دادوەر یاسین محمد) ئەندامی داواکاری گشتی، خاتوو ( ڤیان کامەران) بەڕێوبەری بەڕێوبەرایەتی جێبەجێکردنی سلێمانی/۲، (سۆران احمد اسماعیل) بەڕێوبەری تۆماری کۆمپانیاکانی سلێمانی ومافپەروەر (ئەیوب کەمال) پێشكەش كرا
On the Monday, 20/1/2025,the students of grade (fourth and fifth) of the college, participated in Legal Awareness Course for five days,which will be held at High Crest Hotel.
Therefore, in this Course Several practical topics were presented by legal experts, Articles related to the Evidence law ,Investigation procedures, Trial Procedures , personal injury law , companies law , Real Estate Registration Act and special agency provisions Provisions.
Also, several legal issues were explained in terms of practical and subjective, the topics of the days of the course was presented by each of the (Judge Dr. Awat Omar Qadir) President of Garmian District Court of Appeal, (Judge Dr. Sardar Ali Aziz) President of Criminal Court, (Judge Kamran Rasul Saeed) Sulaimani District Court of Appeal, (Judge Yasin Mohammed) Member of the Prosecutor General, (Ms. Vian Kamran), Director of Sulaimani Executive Directorate/2, (Soran Ahmad Ismail), Director of Sulaimani Companies Registration and Jurist (Mr.Ayub Kamal).
At the end of the course, certificates were awarded to the participating students, and both texts (Iraqi Personal Status Law) and (Iraqi Penal Code) were presented to the participants.
