Generally, the Law aims to rearrange social connections of the society via law constitution in which rights and responsibilities will be identified. As a result, the purpose is to serve the human beings. In other words, it can be said that human beings are the most significant aim. Therefore, being a human is the College of Law's ultimate vision at the University of Sulaimani, as throughout history preparing well-acknowledged cadres has been one of its prime principles.
The college curriculum has also asserted its major support to developing prosperous members. With the leading collaboration of sixty law-qualified lecturers, the college keeps offering its utmost learning. The principal mission that the college has been working on is to connect law colleges, judiciary organizations, and other law professionals from the government, thereby integrating them into the learning process at the College of Law. Furthermore, the college remains steadfast in its duty to continually update its educational programs in accordance with international standards set by renowned universities.
